I , as I'm sure a lot of us have been affected in some way with Breast Cancer. My project is made with LOVE for my Aunt Betty. She was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and had to have a double mastectomy last year. She has been thru a lot as you can imagine, but she is a STRONG women, and has fought this tooth and nail. I will never forget the day she was at my house and said to me, " I'm going to be the first person to gain weight on Cemo", as she was stuffing her face with a LARGE honeybun..... Her determination to fight this UGLY disease inspired me to NEVER let anything get you down no matter what life brings you. She is now doing REAL well and we celebrated her 50th wedding anniversary last week. It was a VERY special time for all of us, because we did not know if she would be with us much longer. I made this project with her in mind, and will be mailing it to her soon. It is a Christmas ornament that I made for her to hang on the tree. I used the clear glass balls that I got at Michaels. I used the Pledge method inside the ball and put pink glitter inside to coat it. I used my vinyl and the cricut to cut out polka dots, the word HOPE and the ribbon to it. Tied some tulle around the top for hanging. Voila there you have it. Hope you enjoy the hop.
your next stop is Tonya I know she is going to have a great project to show you.
