Spring is on the way and that means Beach weather will be upon us soon!!!! I live in North Carolina and we have so many beautiful beaches to go to. Today my project reflects a beach theme. 

Its a  Mini album, I used a MTC file for Long postal envelopes to make the book. I made the flower that is on the front as well with  paper.

a side view of the book. Each page has an opening flap that has a tag inside for more photos or journaling.

I enjoyed putting this book together.  There will be give away prizes on each blog. You must complete both days of the hop and  comment on each blog visited to be eligible

SECOND project

this is an accordion style album. 6 x 24 in length when  opened. with tags for extra journaling.

Challenge #202 - Anything Goes

I was told by a good friend to go check this blog out called Word Art Wednesday. She said this was a fabulous blog that had so much creativity and beautiful sentiments. I was hooked at first site. I saved one of the sentiments and made this card over the weekend. You should go check them out. Very inspiring with their  projects and their  walk with the Lord.

Today I got to play with my Tim Holtz Honeycomb stencil and my new distress inks for Tim as well. I love pinks and yellow combos. So fun and easy to spice up a card without having to use up so much paper. I love it.

Today I have for you a Chipboard Album that I made. Its ALL from paper!!! I love making albums like this for gifts and I sale them also. So many pages to put pictures in and tags for journaling your memories. I have showed several pictures of what the inside looks like.

Sweet Stamps Challenge

My friend Donna turned me onto making these cute quarter fold cards. So fun when you want something different than your normal card fold. I used Sweet Stamps Glam Girl Bailey inside and the sentiment is from the set called Sassy Sayings #1. I also used a piccolos dragonfly on the front of the card and jazzed it up with glitter on the wings. I hope that you will try this fun card style and link up your card to the challenge that is going on at Sweet Stamps. 

Keep it simple card that I made. I used my square punch to punch out this patterned paper and black card stock. I rounded two edges to make the shape a little different. Popped it off the card with pop dots for added dimension and some washi on the side. Stamp set is from Sweet Stamps. I will be entering this into the Anything Goes Challenge at Sweet Stamps. 

Friends with Flair Unity Stamp Entry

Today I'm using a stamp I received in a grab bag from Unity Stamps . 

Friendship is so important in life and I have met some amazing people that make my life so enjoyable. 

I am entering this is to FWF today at Unity Stamps 

Keep it simple card that I made. I used my square punch to punch out this patterned paper and black card stock. I rounded two edges to make the shape a little different. Popped it off the card with pop dots for added dimension and some washi on the side. Stamp set is from Sweet Stamps. 

Valentines Card I made for Hubby.. I used a Unity Stamp set for the heart and sentiment. I embossed a little chipboard key to add to the top.
