Growing in Unity Day 5

LAST DAY... I'm so sad!!!

Today is my last day as Growing in Unity Gal... It has been fun reading your comments. I hope that I have given you a desire to go purchase some of their stamps.

Today I have a card that went along with the mini album I made yesterday for a customer.

When she saw the cute mini album, she wanted lots of cards made with the same stamp set.
I had to make them simple cause she wanted so many of them and to help keep her cost down.

Here is what I made for her.

Again, I hope that you have enjoyed coming by to see my projects this week.

Don't forget to leave a comment on my blog

Growing in Unity Day 4

Thank for stopping by today on my Day 4 of Unity projects.

Today I have for you a Mini Album that I made for a customer.

She is a Realtor and comes to me to make cards and albums for her clients that she closes a house with.
She wants them to be "house" themed.

She uses these to put the signing papers and their keys inside with little notes to the buyer.
I used a manilla folder to fold and make into an accordion album with pockets. Covered it with paper that has little houses on it. I did some embossing and made tags for her to use for her notes.

Growing in Unity Day 3

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”

-Oliver Holmes-

I have always loved this quote. So When I saw it on a Kit of the month I had to buy it.

Kit of the Month November 2014 set called What Lies Within Us .
I made this card for my mom for her Mother's Day Card this year. She is a spectacular women whom is adored by all that get a chance to know her. She has been my rock through so much in my life and continues to be in her grandkids lives.

So What lies with in you???? Something to ponder about today....

This is why I love Unity. This stamp set is going on two years old, but still can be used even today. The stamps never get out of style like some company stamps do.

Growing in Unity Day 2

Hello again. Are you ready for day 2 ???
Celebrate Life

I recently went to a hot air ballon festival. It was amazing. That outing inspired me to make a card using the Celebrate Life stamp set. They are in the Itty Bitty collection. I used my copic markers to add color to the ballons. I used some enamel dot liquids on the front to add dimension and a couple of layers. Added a tag with the sentiment that comes with the ballon stamp. And there you have an easy card.

Here are some pics from the festival.

 Night glow show.

I hope to one day be able to ride in one. Its on my bucket list !!

Growing in Unity Day 1

Hello sweet crafty friends. Today is my first day for Growing in Unity week. I'm so excited to share with you all the wonderful projects that I made using Unity stamps. I love this company. There is so much to choose from. I wish I had a bigger paycheck to get everything.. but I will enjoy what I do have and be happy.

Today I have for you a mini folder album that I made for a friend. She requested a beach theme. I knew exactly what Angie girl I wanted to use on this. My "Beach Girl" stamp. I used the girl on the back and the sentiment on the front for this folder. I also used an anchor from a grab bag I had purchased from Unity on the tags and inside the album.
I made the folder by watching a Youtube video .
