Growing in Unity Day 4

Thank for stopping by today on my Day 4 of Unity projects.

Today I have for you a Mini Album that I made for a customer.

She is a Realtor and comes to me to make cards and albums for her clients that she closes a house with.
She wants them to be "house" themed.

She uses these to put the signing papers and their keys inside with little notes to the buyer.
I used a manilla folder to fold and make into an accordion album with pockets. Covered it with paper that has little houses on it. I did some embossing and made tags for her to use for her notes.

Absolutely adorable. I would love to learn how to make this :). Be fun to give to others as gifts with homemade stationary inside.

Wow, what a fabulous idea! And I can really appreciate this ... I used to be the Admin Asst. for a group of realtors and this really is just perfect!

I love it! When I first saw the cover it reminded me of a board game for some reason and that opened up a lot of ideas for me 😀 Great mini album!

This would be a great welcome to the neighborhood gift...put in list of important phone numbers, list of local shops & restaurants, names & numbers for neighbors, etc

This is so darling Paula. I love the sweet house image and the yellow banners on the front. I also love Beckie's idea of sharing these with new neighbors with coupons and phone numbers for local businesses. Fun idea...what a great GIU week you are having. I tried to go to the YouTube link but it wouldn't open up for me. I'll have to check back on that. See you tomorrow!! xx

This album is so cute! Saving the video tutorial for the future... I can see myself doing this for new neighbors as well since we're in a new development. Awesome, awesome job on this.

I love this mini-album! I have recently sold my house so I feel "homeless" even though I have a place to stay. Homes are so important and are such a powerful image to use in cards. Looking at houses, and also, your beautiful cards!

This couldn't be more perfect for a realtor! Love those happy little houses and cute folder. I always like using house images because they're so fun to color and customize.
